Ronald Koema, a former Dutch footballer and the current manager of English club Everton is set to sign Swansea midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Gylfi Sigurdsson, an Iceland international was signed by Swansea in July 2014 from Tottenham Hotspur for a fee of 10.1 million euros. The 27-year-old has a valid contract with Swansea until June 2020.
Sigurdsson, a playmaking midfielder has played 131 times for Swansea since signing from Tottenham Hotspur, scoring 37 goals and creating 30 assists in that time.
Gylfi has been in outstanding form for Swansea last season.
He has represented Iceland at Under-17, Under-19 and Under-21 level, winning 32 caps and scoring 16 goals, before making his senior international debut in May 2010. As a member of Iceland national football team, Gylfi Sigurdsson has won 50 caps and has scored 15 goals.
